Do you like mess? Do you like music? Thought so. Come to the Battersea Mess and Music Hall where lonely hearts lurk and love is for sale.
Taste the history through this 150 min journey. Arrive promptly so you don’t miss a thing. After all, you did catch our eye, so you owe us a little something.
A local Battersea resident and her team will create a world of love, loss and longing in a vibrant experiential live performance called Reply To: PO Box 49. The piece will involve over 50 actors, writers, directors, producers, set designers and explore and showcase the history of the lonely heart column, the comic and tragic of the universal quest: looking for love.
It’s a fun, engaging experience which is inspired by the 300 year history of the lonely hearts! You can explore the great venue of the Battersea Mess and Music Hall and SW11 residents are even entitled to a half price offer on the opening night of Weds 11th.
Passes are available for journeys taking place Wed 11th – Sat 14th July and start at 7:30pm or join us for an afternoon stroll on Saturday 14th July at 3:00pm.
