NEW Loewe Store opens!

A whole new dawn of home entertainment and premium retailing awaits as Loewe enters a new phase in its retail strategy. Loewe’s new Galerie concept will see stand-alone stores launch onto exclusive high-streets taking Loewe’s premium experience to a higher level. The roll-out will commence in November with the launch of two stores in London, one in Glasgow and the opening of a dedicated concession in the flagship London Selfridges store to sit alongside the recently re-launched Harrods concession.  

This new phase corresponds with an exciting time for the German-based company, following impressive financial results for the first nine months of 2008 with a 58% year on year increase in earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) to €20.5m. The company continues to drive innovation in the sector with flagship product launches for 2008 including the Loewe Connect for the ultimate in home networking, as well its slimmest ever television, the Art SL, and the stunning Individual Compose in high-gloss white.  

Loewe’s move into dedicated high street stores aims to allow the brand to reach out to discerning customers more directly, while immersing them in the unique Loewe brand experience. Until now, Loewe products have been stocked in a selection of the countries most esteemed independent audiovisual dealerships on either a ‘Partner Plus’ or ‘Partner’ basis dictating the level of Loewe presence instore.
