the-lavenderThe Lavender is a charming restaurant with dark wooden floors and candle lit tables, the friendly staff and quality food complete the welcoming atmosphere.

 

The menu is changed and freshly chalked up on the board each week and from the seasonal selection, you know that the ingredients are fresh. This place is great for a quick, quiet lunch, meeting friends for evening drinks and for dinners, with time to linger over coffee and liquors from our extensive top shelf

I went last night; fairly average decor and menu, service was good, not too keen on their doner kebabs but it's a great place to take your mum for a nice relaxing Monday night...provided you stay sober and suitably dressed...the staff frown on revealing clothes and raucous behaviour, so maybe not suitable for some.

I hear there might be a few famous faces going tonight - 15th September...could be worth showing up just to see...
